Tomorrow Girls: Behind the Gates

Tomorrow Girls: Behind the Gates
Eva Gray

Since I just started this blog, I actually didn't just barely finish this one (or the next 2-3 I post) but I did finish it this summer! This book was really good. It's from the series Tomorrow Girls series by Eva Gray. This one is the first book, called Behind The Gates! It's a dystopian meant for younger readers. It's a quick read, only about 200 pages.

This book is about a thirteen-year-old girl living in the future of America. The country is at war with an organization that is largely unknown in this book (I'm hoping it's explained more in the next book). She is sent to a boarding school to get away from the city which is ravaged by war. At this school they learn a lot about survival skills in nature. Louisa loves it! But whether or not the school is really what it seems is another matter altogether.

(Sorry, not very good at summaries, hoping this blog will help me learn a little bit about summarizing a book without giving too much away!)

Anyway, enjoy!
